Not only is this vegan caesar salad dressing recipe seriously delicious, it’s easy to make and you likely have everything you need already in your cupboards.

Simply, whisk these ingredients together until combined:

3-4 cloves of minced garlic

1 Tsp dijon mustard

2 Tbsp lemon juice

1 Tbsp white wine vinegar

1 Tsp vegan worcestershire sauce

3 Tbsp Vegenaise

2 Tbsp nutritional yeast

Salt and pepper to taste

Then, slowly whisk in 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil.

Let sit for an hour (Don’t skip this step!).

Serve!

It’s honestly, so good. I’m actually excited for you to try it. I had to ask my mother-in-law and culinary muse (who kindly experimented with swapping out the ingredients of her ahhhmazing non-vegan recipe until it was just right) if I could even share this until-now-top-secret recipe.
